In 2023, my husband and I switched to Village Exxon for our auto repairs and are glad we did. They are sincerely interested in getting your vehicle back up and running reliably in a short period and safe from any operational defects. My first visit was in June, when my Honda Odyssey needed to have the serpentine belt/timing chain replaced (both had surpassed their life expectancy of 100,000+ miles). I initially had the vehicle in for an oil change but thankfully mentioned there had been whining and the sound of a wheel straining to turn in the front end. Technicians, TLE and FCAN worked their magic and the car is running as if it just came off the showroom floor. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise in replacing these major items, especially when the malfunction or loss would have led to extensive engine damage. The cost was less than a few car payments and having the peace of mind and assurance it is performing safely made it well worth the financial inconvenience. Also, I had to take the same car in during October because my heater was out. With winter approaching, I knew running the air conditioner to defrost my windshield was not a possibility. Again, Technician MSIM did an outstanding job in diagnosing/replacing the HVAC System Actuator and it’s warming like a champ. Admittedly, no one likes to pay a repair bill but knowing that I can count on top quality work goes a long way in winning my repeat business. I also wanted to thank Service Advisor, KAITLY P. for arranging the needed work in a timely fashion, as well as all the friendly staff at Village Exxon who assisted me.
Called and spoke with Daniel Mishalack. What a nice young man. I was recommended to use your service station, as I was looking for a new place. He took the time to explain things and I look forward to my upcoming appointment!
Thank you so much for continuing to have service staff stationed at the pumps. They are wonderful and I can not imagine where else I could go to get all the things they do for me—plus answer all my questions. Your gas prices are fair but the staff is what keeps me a faithful customer.
